Although time can create tradition and authenticity but it can also change the original taste of the dishes. The host will revisit the dishes based on local traditional taste and reproduce the ancient taste through a chef.
The programme aims to recreate the traditional & authentic taste through the host’s search for the past and current taste of a dish and after which a chef will recreate the most memorable and traditional old-time taste of the dish.
