Apparently, Luo Jiaheng inherited part of Xia Yuanxing’s memories thereafter, and his new heart brings him to Chongqing where he meets Xia Yuanxing’s childhood friends, Yu Xiaoxiao and Cheng Fengming, who is also boyfriend of the late Xia Yuanxing.

After many turns of events, Luo Jiaheng fulfilled the "heart" wish of Xia Yuanxing, completes her song "Star Ocean" that is dedicated to Cheng Fengming. Luo Jiaheng on the other hand, has a romantic relationship with Yu Xiaoxiao in Chongqing. But as he later develops another heart complication, not wanting to drag Yu Xiaoxiao into an unknown future, he breaks up with her and flies back to Singapore.
